The Texas Conservative Coalition is exempt from federal taxation under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to TCC will be used for general operating costs and will not be used in connection with any state or federal election or to support or defeat any candidate for state or federal office.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 253.0341(b) OF THE TEXAS ELECTION CODE, TCC MAY NOT ACCEPT DONATIONS DURING THE PERIOD BEGINNING ON THE 30TH DAY BEFORE THE DATE A REGULAR LEGISLATIVE SESSION CONVENES AND ENDING ON THE 20TH DAY AFTER THE DATE OF FINAL ADJOURNMENT.
